Built for the reveal

Why a social casino would put every spotlight on a single blackjack table — and keep real money out of the building.

Super Lotto Live started with a small, specific feeling: the hush in a television studio in the seconds before the red light comes on. The crew goes quiet, two beams swing across the stage, and every person in the room is waiting for something to be revealed. We wanted to bottle that moment and hand it to anyone with a browser, for free.

Blackjack turned out to be the perfect vehicle. A single hole card, face down on the table, carries more suspense than most elaborate games manage in an hour. So rather than build a sprawling lobby, we decided to produce one show and produce it properly. That show is Curtain Call 21.

One game, done honestly

Behind the lights, the table is plain, careful engineering. A standard 52-card deck is shuffled every time it runs low, cards are dealt from the top in order, and totals are scored exactly the way the game has always been scored, Aces flexing between one and eleven as needed. The dealer follows a single published rule — draw to 16, stand on every 17 — and nothing in the code nudges a result one way or the other. We would rather you lose a fair hand than win a rigged one.

Your coin balance follows the round precisely. The stake leaves your balance the moment cards are dealt, wins are credited at even money, a natural blackjack pays three to two, and a push hands the stake straight back. If the balance runs dry, a reset button restores it in one tap.

Free play, and only free play

Super Lotto Live is a social casino in the strictest sense. There are no deposits, no coin shop, no withdrawals and no prizes. The coins exist only inside your browser tab and disappear when you reload it. Nothing you do here can win, cost or convert into money or anything of value, and that is a deliberate design choice rather than a feature waiting to be switched on later.

The studio is open to adults aged 18 and over, wherever they happen to be watching from. We don’t tailor the show to any one country; the rules, the language and the limits are the same for everyone.

Who is behind the curtain

We are a small independent team of designers and developers who like games that are clear about how they work. We answer our own inbox, read every suggestion, and would genuinely like to hear what you think of the show. The support page is the fastest way to reach us.
