Questions from the audience

Quick answers about the table, the coins and the rules — plus a direct line to the team if you need more.

Is Super Lotto Live really free?

Completely. You start with 1,000 virtual coins and can reset your balance whenever you like. There is nothing to buy, now or later.

Can I win real money or prizes?

No. This is a social casino for entertainment only. Coins have no cash value, can’t be purchased and can’t be exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn.

Why did my balance go back to 1,000?

Coins are stored only in the open browser tab. Reloading the page, closing the tab or switching devices starts a fresh balance of 1,000 coins.

What rule does the dealer follow?

The dealer draws while holding 16 or less and stands on every 17 or higher, soft 17 included. The rule is applied the same way in every round.

How much does a blackjack pay?

A natural blackjack — an Ace and a 10-value card as your first two cards — pays 3:2. A regular win pays 1:1, and a tie is a push that returns your stake.

Why is the Deal button greyed out?

Either a round is still in progress, or your bet is larger than your balance. Lower the stake with the chips, or tap “Reset balance” to top back up to 1,000.

Are the cards random?

Yes. The table uses a standard 52-card deck shuffled with a Fisher–Yates shuffle driven by your browser’s cryptographic random number generator. A fresh deck is shuffled once fewer than 15 cards remain.

Who can play?

Adults aged 18 and over. The studio isn’t aimed at any one country, and the rules are identical for everyone.
